Lindsay Castiglione, BS, IBCLC

Founder, Full Hearts Collaborative

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Lindsay Castiglione, proud mom of two sets of twins and wife to Charlie, a U.S. Navy Submariner. My journey into lactation support began when my identical twin boys were born ten weeks early. With such an early delivery I thought my breastfeeding journey was over before it started, but with the right support and a lot of determination I was able to provide milk for them past their first birthday. That experience sparked my passion for helping other families, especially those navigating NICU and multiples life.

Shortly after our boys turned two, we welcomed a second set of twins, a boy and a girl. I am fortunate to say they were breastfed for 27 months while I also managed life with toddler twins and an active duty Navy spouse. I became a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and began working with Twin Love Concierge in 2016, teaching prenatal classes and supporting families expecting multiples.

From 2019 to 2021, I served as a breastfeeding counselor with WIC while completing the clinical hours and education needed to sit for the IBCLC exam—all amid military relocations and solo parenting during deployments. After earning my IBCLC certification, I launched Full Hearts Collaborative to provide expert, compassionate lactation care to families with a focus on twins, triplets and more.

My goal is to offer the kind of support that enables parents to feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their feeding journey. Especially for parents of twins, nothing compares to the support of someone who has navigated feeding multiples - not once, but twice!
