After the birth of your twins, you’ve settled in at home and are so in love! But maybe the serene way you pictured feeding them is not the reality you are currently facing. We see you, and know these early days are hard. This workshop is designed to give answers to your questions, and leave you with a solid plan you can feel confident in.

This workshop offering is ideal for:

  • Newly postpartum parents (ideally within 8 weeks but up to 16 weeks) providing ANY amount of milk to their babies.

  • Parents of twins or triplets currently in a feeding pattern they would like to change or streamline.

  • If your current feeding plan pattern includes any of the following:

    • Supplementing

    • Feeling that your current routine just isn’t working for your family

    • Low supply

    • Triple feeding

    • NICU discharge

    • Cluster feeding

    • Currently pumping but wanting to nurse instead

    • Improving latch to reduce pain

    • Become more confident with tandem nursing

    • Returning to work

In an interactive small group led by an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and 2-time twin mom, you will meet other parents experiencing similar twin feeding challenges and learn strategies to overcome them. You will learn about step-by-step feeding scenarios, evidence-based research, and vital information on making the first months breastfeeding twins as smooth as possible. During the workshop, you are invited to fill out the supplied feeding plan template, leaving you with goals and strategies clearly & confidently identified.

One of the most valuable and unique aspects of Full Hearts Collaborative's Multiples classes is the follow up support we provide. Included with the class is an invitation to email Lindsay, an IBCLC and Breastfeeding Multiples Specialist with any follow up questions you may have.

**You will receive a Workshop Info email with zoom link & printable PDF file 2-3 days before your class date.**
